Returns

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be damaged on arrival
• Be faulty or defective
• Not match the product description or what was ordered

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included parts.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

To request a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, issue details, and supporting photos/videos where applicable.

Return Process

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions from our shipping partner to arrange a pickup.

After the product is collected, it typically takes around one week to arrive at our warehouse for inspection. Once inspected and approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected by our team.

Approved refunds usually take 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
