Returns

Any product may be returned if it is sent back in the same condition as received. This includes the product, its original packaging, and all included parts. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Process

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email from our shipping partner to schedule a pickup. After the product has been collected, it typically takes about one week to reach our warehouse. We will then inspect the item, and if it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed.

Refunds

Refunds usually take 7 to 14 days to reflect in your bank account. This timeline begins only after the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
